This policy explains the controls and practices Autgenix uses to safeguard information across account management, content generation, integrations, publishing, and support workflows.

  • We use encrypted transport for data moving between your device and our systems.
  • Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and protected by role-based controls.
  • We monitor for suspicious activity and review security practices as the platform changes.
  • Where supported by our vendors and infrastructure, sensitive information is protected with encryption and secure storage controls.

Storage and processing

  • Autgenix processes account data, content inputs, generated outputs, integration tokens, and usage information to provide the service.
  • We use trusted service providers for infrastructure, media storage, analytics, communications, and connected publishing workflows.
  • Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
  • Backups and recovery controls are used to help maintain availability and restore service when needed.

Your data rights

  • Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing.
  • You may request deletion of your account and related data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
  • You may disconnect third-party integrations through account settings or by contacting support.
  • We aim to respond to privacy and data protection requests within 30 days where applicable.

  • Account management, authentication, profile settings, billing support, and customer communications.
  • Content generation, template management, downloads, scheduling, publishing, and social media integrations.
  • Platform analytics, feature diagnostics, abuse prevention, security monitoring, and product improvement.
  • Legal compliance, enforcement of terms, audit support, and dispute handling.

Incident response

  • If a data incident occurs, we investigate, contain, and remediate the issue as quickly as practical.
  • We notify affected users and regulators when required by applicable law.
  • Notifications may include the nature of the incident, affected data categories, mitigation steps, and recommended user actions.

  • We may update this Data Protection Policy as Autgenix, our vendors, or legal requirements change.
  • Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
  • Continued use of Autgenix after updates means you accept the revised policy.

  • If information is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable data protection law.
  • Autgenix aims to support applicable privacy and data-protection requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws where they apply.
