Service overview
- Autgenix is a web-based platform for generating, managing, downloading, scheduling, and publishing informational graphics and related social content.
- Features may include templates, AI-assisted content generation, RSS and source monitoring, third-party integrations, analytics, and publishing workflows.
- We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service as the platform evolves.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Autgenix.
- You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Autgenix to create or distribute false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, violent, or infringing content.
- Do not overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to exploit the service or its security systems.
- We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms or creates risk for Autgenix, users, or third parties.
Content ownership
- You retain ownership of content you provide, including titles, descriptions, images, templates, links, and other inputs.
- You grant Autgenix a limited license to process your content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.
- Subject to your plan and applicable law, Autgenix does not claim ownership of your generated graphics.
Third-party integrations
- Connected platforms, social networks, payment providers, and storage services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
- Autgenix is not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, or data handling by third-party services outside our control.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to publish content to connected platforms.
Availability and liability
- Autgenix is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Generated content may require human review for editorial, legal, brand, or platform compliance before use.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autgenix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Subscriptions, termination, and updates
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, renewals, plan limits, and cancellation rules are presented during checkout or account management. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, if payment fails, or if these terms are violated. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of Autgenix after changes means you accept the updated terms.
